Race Comments:
EFFORTLESS OPERA finished half a length back from the leader last start at Echuca when first up and generally strong second-up placing at Devonport last second-up attempt, a winning chance. FAST STRYKE finished a length back from the leader last start at Stony Creek and both wins have come in the dry, each-way claims. GRACIE LOU LOU short back-up of seven days and placed last start at Werribee, could threaten. THE PENINSULAR placed last start at long odds at Geelong and has three placings from seven runs this prep, cannot be ruled out.
