Caulfield Race 5 (2000m) - Sat 20th Oct 2018

Caulfield - VIC:

Showery
Track Condition: Soft (6)

Race 5
(2:35 PM)
N.Z. B'STOCK ETHEREAL STAKES (2000m)
(Final) Closed

Race Comments:
VERRY ELLEEGANT Is a former New Zealander having her second Australian start for Darren Weir after placing in the Edward Manifold at Caulfield last start when she charged late after being held up at a vital time. Looks suited getting out to 2000m and is the one to beat. GREYSFUL GLAMOUR After finishing second in the Spring Stakes at Newcastle was an impressive winner of the Oaks Trial at Flemington last start. Looks to have some upside at the staying caper and is right in the mix again. SCENIC SIGHT Hit the line strongly to win over the mile at Ballarat last start and shouldn’t be under-estimated with the Darren Weir polish. ARISTIA Is still a maiden after eight starts but she had no luck in the Edward Manifold last start and is a knockout hope at odds getting a soft run in transit from the inside gate.
